I don't have any experience with print at all but we printed some web designs in my company to bring to a pitch and they came out quite crisp actually. They were just printed on a DELL A3 printer on photo paper. I don't know what the settings were etc. but the quality was surprisingly good. Or you could change the resolution to 300 DPI in Photoshop under "image size"? Don't know if that will work.?
