I'm also working on a site and business card for a Photographer/Photojournalist. Site is nearly done, I'm just waiting for the guy to pick the rest of the photos he wants on the site.
I'm also working on my own portfolio, but I've been working on that for about 6 months I think, just trying out a lot of different layouts and not liking them 2 days later. It's bloody hard designing for yourself, but I think I'm nearly there.
Additionally I just landed a really cool project that I can't wait to get started on. It's for a Fashion buyer and jewellery designer who goes to China, Japan, India and various other places to buy accessories and clothing for certain shops. She's always being asked where she gets the stuff so she decided now to set up an online shop where she's gonna sell it. I have to do the web design and identity/branding and a developer will do the back end. I'm really interested in Fashion so I think this project will be really interesting (and lucrative, which is of course a plus
).
Oh and I'm brewing a nice cup of Columbian fair trade coffee, yum
