I think it looks great! Colorful, uplifting, well-composed. Beautiful. It's stylish (some might say overly so, but I like it a lot).
I especially like the "Don't hire us if . . ." It's playfully begging me to click it, and I'm huge on the concept of disqualifying prospects; of an outright statement of "this is who we are . . . if you don't like that, don't work with us." Very interested to see what that links to . . .
