Great link. Contracts are a hassle but are definitely necessary. Take the time to write a standard one written up with everything you need so that you can re-use it later on.

Many times sketchy clients won't want to bother with a contract for a couple of different reasons.

- They want to try and get a lot of little things out of you for free. This isn't bad unless it seriously start to seem like (wow I should probably be getting paid for this stuff).

- They don't want to be tied into paying for a design they don't agree with (constant struggle).
