Hi my name is ART,hoping to learn and find out what to do to get started in learning the craft of using my computer to design art work for rugs. Right now I draw an idea and send it to a graphic artist
.What I need to do is learn to do that work myself to save time.it would be so kool to sit on a job site get a idea and start working right there with the designer and client on the lap top. In stead of going home and emailing someone else and waiting a week. I ASKED ONE OF THE BOAT GRAPHIX DESIGNERS where to start he said look on line at some soft ware. So I found this site and hope someone can steer me in the right direction
on what to start with for software. Why I am getting out of the installing part is, I need a new knee and my comp is dragging there butts. So I hope to be the salesman,designer, maker, and some install to keep in shape
. I feel there are to many cooks in the kitchen at most of the rug stores, I installed for over the years that would not look out for there client if something went WRONG carpets and rugs with defects in them and they send them out anyway to be installed
. So 6years ago I bought one of thoughs CO to work withas a second job with my wife. So thats it !! See yah ART
