I think you have to be careful with all the different styles you're mixing. The title insinuates more of a dark feel. I'd loose the retro stripes and bright colors and go all 'dark style' (ala damnengine etc.) on it to emphasize the concept.
The blood needs work, it looks very unrealistic. The fonts aren't great. There's no atmosphere and the whole thing just looks kind of all over the place at the moment. It seems like you're just trying to show how many different Photoshop effects you can do and forgot about what you were trying to convey with this. Give it some atmosphere, try to work more with the idea and concept and this could turn out really good. Sorry if I'm being harsh but I'm just trying to give constructive criticism.
