I don't think the identity/logo and the colors of it fits the rest of the design. If you like your logo, then try to design the site around that. The multicolored bars and "bubbles" look like they're just randomly thrown in. Also I don't understand the purpose of the other multicolored bar in the bottom. Keep in mind that usually less is more and you already have a very strong and bold design element in you top left colored bars.

I would get rid of the glow on your logo. It looks tacky imo. And then keep the rest of the site in the colors of the logo. Or If you insist on having the multicolor you need to make everything else simple. White Logo and black Background perhaps or keep it grey and have a black footer. Black looks good with strong colors. Try to mess around with positioning of the menu as well. Just my 2 cents..
