Looks pretty nice. The colorful idea is great but a little overdone. Here are some suggestions:
-Take the outer glow off "Drew"
-Make the rainbow banner at the bottom fade into the background.
-And since you are trying to achieve a multicolor look, I think it'd look nice if you made the links different colors for the navigation.
