The more serious typographs spend years making a typeface (typeface, not font). Therein lies the conflict with fonts bought from fontfont (or similar) versus dafont, the more expensive fonts that has taken longer to develop features ligatures, extensive kerning and all the glyphs, while dafont-fonts are usually just letters. I'd like to try and create a font sometime, but me beeing somewhat of a perfectionist combined with limited patience... well, it could become a problem
