I love the concept of this. I think open palms can convey and represent a number of positive and powerful messages. In this instance I feel like they kind of represent a person revealing his world. Kind of like a whispered, magical moment of “Look, this is who I am.” I get this picture in my mind of closed hands that then open to the flat palms of your graphic with the swirling colors that are perhaps the true colors of that person, and their world. The neutral colors of the palms picture is almost like the before, the past , and the colors represent the after, the future. Going on the idea that this picture is someone revealing their world, I believe when you show other people the multi-colors and layers of yourself, your existence shines brighter.
Ok, sorry if that doesn’t make much sense, and you’re sitting there, brow furrowed thinking, “What on earth is she going on about!”
I know what I mean in my head, but sometimes to find the words to communicate my inner response to something is difficult.
