Wow, that's a really cool effect. If you don't mind me asking, how did you achieve those effects? If it's outside of Photoshop, don't bother, lol.
The text (Element) with it repeating in the back, I am not very fond of. Maybe lower the opacity of them? It seems as if the text is of low resolution or something. Did you change the texts anti aliasing to smooth or leave it at none? If it's at none it usually produces what your text looks like now.
