Sorry, but these had been done so many times, that it can't even be called training anymore. And there really is no use in showing them off, as we've all seen them a thousand times, both good and bad. They're not funny anymore.
Otherwise, go with what Tilde said. And take away that pregnant belly or whatever it is, doesn't look good.
