We're adding a new computer workstation to our graphic design department : New PowerMac Pro on Leopard. Also planning to purchase a CS3 upgrade to test it on one of our existing G5's on Tiger.
Is it worth the upgrade to CS3? Is it best to buy the full version and install on the new Power Mac on Leopard? Will CS3 files import well in CS2? I assume to open a CS3 file in CS2 will worky by exporting them as(.inx) minus any new filter or feature from CS3. But, would it be less of a hassle to just upgrade everyone to CS3, provided there are no known bugs? Many forums go back and forth on issues and I'm not sure if they're just complaints or the majority of folks pleased with CS3 and/or Leopard aren't speaking up. I want to hear from my peers. Your opinions matter most...not from those with possible "pirated" versions or newbies to Mac.
Any feedback would be appreciated!
Thank you for your time.
