CS3 + Leopard (or wait for snow leopard for even more amazing performance) runs like a charm. There were some incompabilities with Leopard and CS3 in the beginning, but as far as I know it works like a charm now
an upgrade from CS2 to CS3 would pay off as it's much faster and efficient, and time equals money right?
