Mint is a popular website statistics monitoring program that rivals AW Stats and Google Analytics in many peoples opinions. It has tons of different statics you can monitor by adding "peppers" to your control panel and I believe there is also a desktop widget for the MAC OS and a plugin for the iPhone.
If you are serious about running a design business online you should monitor your websites statistics to see where your visitors are coming from among other things. I will write a more in depth post about website statistics on my graphic design blog later on! |

Well min is for tracking visitors to your website. There are websites out there that can code your websites if you give them a design though or you can fin a freelance coder.

Gino,
I haven't gotten web statistics set up on AiBURN. I gotta make that happen. I was just going to go with Google Analytics. Is Mint better? Have you used both? Any writeup on your blog about this would be a good post. Thanks.

I'm as equally interested in Mint, I've read about it before but got turned off by it's price, Google is ever improving it's analytical skills, but there also taking over the world. Hope you post that article soon!

Google analytics is definitely an industry standard but mint is pretty interesting and good Its cool because it provides live updates and has some cool features and such. Everyone seems to have a different opinion on which program is the most accurate, but Google Analytics is prob your safest bet and its free, but if you really into statistics mint is worth getting just to cross reference all ur stats.
