Look like illustrator... I think you can take a star shape and add more points to it until it turn into a circle type shape wit lots of points and then just mess with the layers.

Gino is right about the stars, atleast you can du it that way. it look like its made in illustrator. all you need is a lot of time.

Either program could be used, but most likely this was done in illustrator.
There's a starburst tool in both programs. |

Easy!
first select the Star tool, then single click on the canvas. A dialog box will pop up. In the dialog box there are 3 options or input boxes Input 50 for Radius 1 then input 15 for Radius 2. and for the Points input 60 You are done!! ![]() Last edited by georigin : 04-10-2008 at 02:26 AM. |
