Please don't say it's the pixels!

How do you get text to be legible no matter what size you paste it ...I know people who are not me do it all the time....I gotta know , my sanity requires it! ...and what is good software for learning flash?

vector text is what you need, the best software for learning flash is flash, but check out tutorials on the web or lynda.com for a paid service

Usually its better to layout text in illustrator, rather then Photoshop.

Also if you are talking about Web only text/typefaces then I'd go with pixel fonts (or now Super pixel fonts), search the web for the low down.

Heavens to Mergatroid. Thank you design forum for bursting my delusions of grandeur ! I live deep in the woods and the folk I come in contact with are all still using Windows 98 to get their spyware . So in my micro-environment I am a shiny computer god! (see what I meant about grandure?)let me take a sec to list how far off I was in this assessment.

#1 . Vector text ...of course vector text...I wouldn't have thought of it..but at least I can grasp the idea ...thank you
#2. I thought because I could take apart other peoples coding and use it ..that I understood html and that because I can <center></center> things ..that I could write html . I had such a deep understanding of it I was ready to spend a week or so with new software and learn flash.
#3.I have a strong dislike for photoshop and it's showboating siblings. I use microsoft digital image suites ,it has everything I need. Unless I am outgrowing what it can teach me and am still hanging on cause what if I can't figure out Psp?
#4. I keep catching myself muttering "super pixel fonts" with disbelief.

Thank you guys for getting me centered..super pixel <centered> and knocking some wind outta my pompous sails!
