Help/Advice wanted for Re-Branding Assignment

Hi,

I'm currently doing a rebranding assignment on Kappa(the sports label). The goal is to change its 'wannabe'/Chav image here in the UK, by introducing either a new or evolved logo, new ads and packaging. I've thought of possible solutions such as changing the logo from the two people sitting 'back to back' to making them do something active like running or jumping. Apart from this could anyone advise me on any other possible routes to this assignment. your suggestions would be greatly appreciated,
