How would I do this? [Question on members on website and store]

I recently got my first client and redesigning his website for around $250. He wants to be able to allow people who pay a subscription fee to be able to view morning workout videos. I have no idea how to do this, would I use PHP? Have any of you guys done something similar before?

You could just set up a subscription service with PayPal.

People who subscribe, will then be assigned a login username and password for a page, where the videos would be held. After the subscription is up, their privileges to access the videos would be denied.

This can be done with PHP.
