I'm not that much in to websites jet, but I'm hoping to learn that to in the near future. I'm useing Photoshop and Illustrator cs3, the best programs

I use pretty much the same stuff. I import pretty much everything into Photoshop whether it be from illustrator or whatever else and Dreamweaver works a lot better than notepad for coding. Dreamweaver color codes your tags and scripts, and gives you a lot of other features that will save you time.

I use illustrator, flash, photoshop and dreamweaver. However, recently I have just got into using coda which is brilliant for coding.
