if dreamweaver is a bit out of budget, aptana is pretty good as it's free and holds the same kind of functionality for css and html.

Sounds like a plan. I am young, as many of you know, and am still in high school. I probably will pursue something on the lines of graphic design, but that is besides the point. What I am trying to say is that going to school to learn more graphic design is GREAT! And you will probably benifit a lot from it. But, I don't think that is necessarily the only option in my opinion.

I need to do the same thing and get some new software. Desperately need cs3 illustrator and cinema4d!

Don't give up on your website! I am sure it will turn out great

Best wishes,
~chris

I contacted Dirt Alliance (local) and the owner is interested in letting me do their web design! www.dirtalliance.com
I also love movie editing! i currently use windows dvd maker and windows movie maker. Is there a Better program out there that i can use?
So far i will most likely be getting
Photoshop
Dreamweaver
And whatever movie/slide maker you can find. I want to be able to add vids, pics, and transitions.
And would you guys suggest anything else for design wise equiptment??
Here is one of the movies i did.
