Default What to Bring to an Interview

What do you usually have to hand in to a potential employer when you go to an interview?

The resume is pretty obvious, but I have a really nice woodgrain portfolio I wanna put my work in but I don't wanna let them have that if they ask to keep my portfolio...Should i have a disposable print portfolio or just bring in my files on a disc in pdf format?

Also should I attach my personal business card to my resume?

This is what I have done in the past, first off I do bring my "hard copy portfolio" to show (just looks nicer), but I also have a backup disposable portfolio (which I usually leave behind anyways) , in which i include my resume, business card and a CD containing my digital portfolio! Do not know if this helps it is just something I do, I like to make sure all my bases are covered!

I usually bring a hard copy portfolio to the interview, but don't bring my resume. I let the work speak for itself via my webite which I can take them through. Always looks better on screen, and talk to the employers about my experiences rather than reading from a list.
