I've been working on the header all night which version did you see? Check out my current version its in red and says graphic designer. Is this the one you saw herman?

Really like it, especially what you've done with the header and the icon! really smart.
I think it's a bit too wide spacing though, it's hard to connect the letters. Else than that I love the sparse colours and simple layout! Looking forward to seeing this through ^_^

Thanks for the input guys! I look forward to adding my work and making my matching business card and resume design =)
Once I'm done with that I'm going to focus on the new logo for the these forums and my blog, along with new favicons and advertising banners. I also have the new blog layout to do so much work! |

I like it. The idea of using the line for an "I" is great and works well with the design. Colors are also good. However I think the "designer" text looks a bit unsharp/blurry. Maybe use a different font or anti-aliasing option in Photoshop to get it more crisp?
