Default Photography portfolio site for client - need critique

http://www.freewebs.com/mindful1983/index.html

Hi. ive been working on this

The things thats bothering me right now is the over-all size. It displays photos too small.
However, im trying to push it with the site being animated. Having a big display makes the animation look weird.

The loading bars seem a bit weird on internet explorer, and also weird but better on firefox. though, in Flash simulation download, it works ok (??)

I am sort of a newbie. This is my first try at making a flash website though I did spend a month learning.

Any comments are appreciated. Thanks!

thanks staur. i actually wanted to use HTML at first, but the client wanted to have a more flashy look. though i probably would have done better on HTML. I am a student and we are required to do freelance works as our on the job training, the site is non-paying, but the freewebs of course i just uploaded it there so its easier to post in forums.

would u guys recommend any tips on making the photos bigger while keeping the original design? or do u think the site should be scrapped
