the first one woudbe a bithard to use when it is small at the text might be hard to read as it is quite small in relation to the whole design.

what's the concept?
My advice would be to get rid of the shadows and gradients and post the basic B/W designs. Also give some info on what you are trying to communicate through this logo because I don't get it.

The third concept is the best - but you need to change the curve in the circle so that it follows the curve of the 'C' better. At the moment the curve interferes with the form of the C/E. This logo would also look great with just the C/E in solid colour, without any effects.
