I read: Achio cbdesign
My fiancé read: ichii cobesign
After I've looked a bit more ichii, or ichio.
A designer will by the way recognize the font from daFont also
You should think about what you want to say with the logo, right now it gives me:
macho, industrial, stairs, building-company, unoriginal.
Also, watch the details, like how the "cbdesign" stands inside the blocks except a small part of the c that extends out from the left block.
And I don't mean to be destructive, but I think the most constructive thing you should do with this logo is to think more concept and less visual. What do you want to say?

edit: on a more positive note, lots of cred for presentation! It's refreshing to see a one-color logo with lots of negative space and no drop shadow or reflection

I like elements of your logo but I read the black as Acbii. You could maybe change it to an element with no typography? I don't think the font works and I wouldn't use a Dafont.com font for a logo as it makes it look very unprofessional. A logo has to be created from scratch in my opinion.

Draw your logo on a piece of paper and scan it in, then fix it up with the pentool in Illustrator (or just draw it 100% on the computer). Or at least modify an existing font. Simple logos usually work better. I'd try to do something with just the C&B like in your avatar. Or just make some kind of cool shape/symbol that you think represents you as a Designer.

You can find some great inspiration for logos/identity/branding here: www.faveup.com

Keep it up, and as alyCe also mentioned, it's great that you've kept it in B&W with no gradients etc. If you worked a bit more on it I think it could turn out good.

good, it's all about doing it and doing it one more time, and with critique it should get better every time. Do it enough time and you're a pro! ;D
