It's nice, but it's very obvious that the shape is from Go Media's free vector pack
It's fine to use shapes, brushes etc, but for a logo I just think you should do something more original.

this tells me "hey, we make web 2.0 webpages......"
picture this logo in small size or on a business-card, I don't see it work, sorry. I like the shape and concept, but for my taste it is way too much gloss and gradients.
