I think it looks great! Colorful, uplifting, well-composed. Beautiful. It's stylish (some might say overly so, but I like it a lot).
I especially like the "Don't hire us if . . ." It's playfully begging me to click it, and I'm huge on the concept of disqualifying prospects; of an outright statement of "this is who we are . . . if you don't like that, don't work with us." Very interested to see what that links to . . . Great job from where I'm standing! |

Colorful and playful, to me this design says "hi, we're two guys who love what we do, we're good at it, and we don't take ourselves very serious. We like it that way".
And everything the guys above me said ^^

Oh, cute! Airbaloons!!
I think they are a tad too distracting though, although I'm not one hundrer per cent shure what you should do about it, some blur maaaybe. And also, how will this look in a 1280 resolution? will there be more balloons on the sides or will it just be blue?

@AlyCe - yea the idea is that there will be more balloons scattered around, not to many tho. Hopefully can achieve something cool with some CSS |

As long as you don't animate it in flash so that they are drifting upwards it's awesome!

Or have little men in them saying "hey man, ya dig the site" in squeaky voices on a 0.3 second loop?
No, seriously cool site. The only things I don't personally like so much are the brackets and the black border on the circle things next to the page titles seem a bit jaggy, would be nice if they were more crisp.
