I have a new website, currently its HTML but the flash version is nearly complete and should be done by the end of the week or early weekend.

I'd love to get comments, suggestions, feedback, praise, cheers or even complaints..

Erm, why are you doing this in flash?
And it's pretty neat and clean, I'd rethink the colour-palette though, it's a bit too much in your face and steals a lot of attention from the pictures

Oh, and who is that on the index-site? If it's the head of company then take a more personal picture, if it's a stock, then take a picture of the head-man, it looks and smells like stock image.

I'm not too keen on the color palette either. And the background is a bit dull. Maybe make the background a bit darker or add some sort of pattern to make the site itself stand out more. Also I don't think you need a massive text telling you what page you're on, cause you already have the active link highlighted in the menu and the font you used doesn't really look great with the rest of the site. Maybe add something else in the header?

The top margin is too small. I'd either loose it and make the site 100% height or just increase the height of the margin a good bit. The footer height should also be increased.

The 4 images should be the same size and I'd play with the typography on them. Also I'd add the same amount of space between the images and the edge of the site as you have between the images.

I'd make the "Welcome to Powers by Design, LLC" title bigger and a different color as well. Just my 2 cents.
