Default Car Garage Logo

I am working on a logo for a car sales company, and I have recently converted sketches onto the computer, and here they are. Which ones in your opinion show promise. My main aim is to be simple, and focus mainly on type. The logo is to be used on banners, and billboards outside the showroom, so I thought type would work best. Can you give me critique on the ones you think show promise.

In my opinion, the top one [speech bubble] is the best, albeit I could lose the bubble as it may have little relevance!!?

Critique Is much wanted. Thankyou

I think #1 if the best out of the set you have showed us. Although, not to be too harsh or anything, I believe you need to think some more about how you will be portraying the company. Several of the designs are somewhat "offset" in my eyes. The first one is the one that "flows" the best and is the most pleasing to the eye, but I am not sure how well it tells the viewer what the company is about. Hope you understand! Kind of hard to explain. And sorry if I was too harsh.

Haha. Ya I try to be as nice as possible because after working on a piece, it is sometimes demoralizing to be critiqued in such a way. Lol. But the critiques are what make you better, Right? Anyway, don't get down on yourself for how you presented it to us. Good luck with your next draft!

Im still not feeling it... I don't understand what the greater than sign has to do with any of it. And that symbol throws it off. I don't know what else to tell you...

I kinda like the one with the line through it but it would be better if it was two lines more like a road or something, not sure. Keep the concepts comin!
