Nice start, what about you get the 3d effect on the "enter" botton, so that you see that its the enter button from a keyboard.. if you get what Im saying. something to try if nothing more.

I'd say rethink that. Arial Rounded Bold isn't an especially strong font (even without concidering designers (irrational?) hate towards arial). Why did you choose to go with a rounded font in the first place? Letters on a keyboard isn't particualrry rounded (nor bold). For an IT-company I think you'd succesfully could use a stronger typeface, maybe just go for Helvetica or Univers since you got such a strong graphic symbol.

Also, the "enter" text and symbol, is that black or transparent? So if you print it on a white paper, would the text "enter" be black or white?

I don't want to sound too hash here, but yes, we realize that you used a rounded font because you wanted a rounded font, the question I'm more interested in is, why did you want a rounded font in the first place? What do you feel that says about your company? The choice of font for a logo is a pretty crucial decicion and should at least reflect something, not just a designers taste yes?
