Hi guys,
This is a new logo for an contemporary furniture company. The owner wants the "N" to standout from the rest. Also, I can't decide if the word furniture to be black or gray. Here is my design, critiques are welcomed. Thanks! ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited by catdogucd : 05-21-2008 at 07:19 PM. |

I'd personally go with black, although, looking back, the grey looks cool too. The black ties it alltogether, whereas the grey sets the two entities apart. That's how I see it.

The black is good, helps the N to stand out and ties everything together.

I think you should use a more interesting typeface than helvetica. Helvetica is amazingly awesome, but it doesn't really say contemporary furniture. If you want a similar non-descript font try frutiger or similar idustrial sans-serifs. Else than that I think a gray would look nice, maybe do like sensHXC said and try a darker gray
