Default Kuler

Kuler from Adobe lets you pick colour schemes (or submit them) for use in designs. It's a fun thing to work with, and has some very good and wicked schemes there. Check it out if you haven't already.

Yes i often go to that site to get some inspiration for color themes, but I'm not sure how often people update it. It seems like a lot of the same stuff has been there for a while.

the site's not working for me. the title of the page says kuler - Flash Player Installation (which I have) and the page is blank grey.

my favorite color palette website is of course: http://www.colourlovers.com with RSS feeds of new colors and palettes, and a great blog.
