Good portfolio/gallery tutorials

Looking for tutorials and tips on how to make a gallery, either flash-based or HTML. Throw me all you've got

You see, we're gonna have the thumbnails in a grid (already got the design in the making) but that's a cool one, Im gonna save it for further reference

Well if you're fine with a HTML gallery then you could use a list and a bit of CSS.
