I was a member on another forum where they divided member's up into teams, based on color. So if you color was blue you would come up with a team name like "Blue Fire" or something like that. Then you'd battle another team. So like blue team would collaborate with each other, red team as well.

I too think the Lightning logo is very Winamp. However it's not bad. I think the first one is your best one. Where the lightning bolt lets your eye flow toward the word...instead of away from it like in the second & third mock up. The third bolt seems to up and down and it appears as if the letters are a little off center. I also perfer the thicker font.

I also like the 'getplugd' logo.

this may be a little fussy. but attention to detail.

you have spelled guaranteed wrong. apart from that, your designs are fresh.

Nice banner Night, my only comment is that the text is to close to the edge up top.
