First of all, I must admit I don't get the "pun", if there is one. The only HI V? Else I like the typographic approach, and i actually think you could have given the type even more room, even more emphasis. Else than that, I like it! Very simple yet eye-catching. It's hard to give critique on the image, since it's pretty small and lossy.

Yeah i like it as well i think it has a good concept. I would like to see it in a bigger size too though, try uploading a larger version to a photo hosting site and posting it if u can. =)
