I think it looks nice although I had to really focus into seeing what the big middle text said. I think it says heavenly but am not completely sure. You might want to use a more readable font. But, Other than that, it flows and is a really appealing piece.

To be a bit hash; no it doesn't. It doesn't show love or enthusiasm at all, all this is, is a "cool design". Graphic Design isn't about the coolest effects or brushes, but what you communicate through the images you make. This is actually some of the most important things you'll ever learn, so think about this If you lack the skills for completion then you can get help from all the photoshop/illustrator/design/typo-wizzes here and at other forums. However -your- creativity, ideas and expression no-one else can help you with. Just a thing to have in mind

Don't scrap this though, but rethink it. You have the ansver; I love design. It's the ansver to the question "What do you love?". You shouldn't stop there though. Ask two more question; "What do I love about design? Why do I love design?" - if you can ansver these two questions with a visual piece then congrats!

What Alyce says is correct but don't let her overly critical comments bring you down. She is truthful and if you actually take in her comments they can make you a better designer

indeed. her criticism is spot on.
break it down:
you've got your circles in the upper right, lower left, and center. you've got your worn script writing in the background, grunge brushes on the left and right, and little flourishes outwards from the text. oh and a fat stroke around the word.

while these are cool trends and effects, they aren't tied to the only content in there ("Heavenly Designs"). They can exist in any context and are unrelatable. Maybe that face is you, and that adds content too. but take Heavenly and take Designs and add elements from each and both of those to its surroundings.
