I work in a multi-disciplinary firm called IXMod (stands for Integrated eXperience Modelling).

I like it, looks good. Simple and stylish

An advise would be to add some "outline: none" on your <a> tags. Will remove the "selection" box around your links, when clicked.

I think your design could be great with a few changes. I would:

- Change the background image. It really dosen't seem to fit your design.
- Make your site strucured. All the stuff like "The essential webdesign" seems very messy.
- More colours. Feels very flat and boring right now.

This is a good start, but you got some more work here.
