I like the overall concept but I agree with the points made above. The outer glow is not great. It just makes it look like you had trouble cutting out the girl. Maybe spread/fade it a bit more so the edges aren't so hard.

Also the image of the girl itself seems a bit low on the quality side and really needs some more contrast. She doesn't really blend with the background. And I think the "flash" text should be placed somewhere else.

I agree with Arik on the hand as well. Would look better on top of the banner I think.

Good colors and the icons are great!

Agreed with everything above.

Definitely overlay the hand onto the top banner, but possibly move the girl as a whole so that the top banner layer lies between her and the everything behind her. Of course this is all dependent on whether there's any text or logo to follow on the top section? If not would the 'flash' wording not be better placed there?
