Default My proposal ad

Hey guys,
This is my proposal ad for Kingston technology. The concept is the freedom of usage from their Flash lines. Let me know what you think

P.S. Only the headline is relevant, the text is just random from an old ad.

Awesome! Very modern and smooth ^_^
Only thing I don't like is where it says "flash" on the upper right corner. It doesn't need to say flash there, it's hard to read and is generally disconnected to the rest of the piece.
Other than that, it's awe-some! Text is a bit hard to read but I have no doubt it'll be much easier on a printed page

it looks great. vivid colors, good slogan, cool picture.
a few things:
-where's the photo from? I'd probably airbrush out her navel tattoo.
-i can't read that clearly the vertical Flash text up by her dreads. it's white on white-ish, and very thin. not sure how you'd fix that--maybe you can put it in the purple section?

heh sorry, i know this is in the showcase section rather than critique, but hey, you asked!

that "Flash" thing is their style guide. It has to be in there. The text is not real, copy is being written. The headline is correct. I created the backgound and icons, the photo of the girl will be purchased from getty images (if they choose this concept). Thanks you guys!

Very nice

I don't like the glow around the photo of the woman though. It just looks a little edgy around the hair, if you get me.

Nice Work! I like the color choices and how the pieces seem to be "electrified" The piece has a feel of motion in some ways. The little squarish buttons are a nice touch. Those are my favorite part of this piece.

Keep up the good work!

Hmm, It's not bad but there are some things that just bother me when I look at it.

- Her hair seems smudged and blurry in some spots, as if you had trouble properly cutting it.
- The background looks as if you didn't give it enough attention compared to the icons, which are great.
- Perhaps you should put her hand over the banner, instead of underneath it. It looks more dynamic and the cut seems less harsh.

It's just that when I look at it, I notice that stuff right away and it gives me this uneasy feeling.

Attaching hardware to the ad automatically dates the ad which isn't always a bad thing but I would think that using the flash memory in the photo would speak more. Like the flash memory being loaded into a camera to play off the tag line. Just a quick thought. The main visiual elements with the blocks looks like more of a service ad to me instead of a physcial product. The copy font is really nice and I think the placement of the logo is good as well.

Ya I agree, it looks like you added an outer glow or you feathred the cut. What ever it was it brings down the quality of the pic.

Other than that its good.
