But yeah, looks better without.
Doesn't get it though, but maybe I'm seeing it too much from an art-perspective. It's a very emotional and strong picture, he looks abit sad, maybe a bit hopeful, or pleading. I think the editing you've done drowned this, speaking against the picture. This would be cool with some retouched bikinichick or a cool guy or something, but the vector-decoration and the lights and the splatter just fights with the emotion of the current photograph you've used. My humble opinion at least, but as I said, maybe I look at it too artsy. Technically it's good =)
