Introducing myself...
Hi all! I'm Jeff Fisher, the Engineer of Creative Identity for Jeff Fisher LogoMotives. I've worked professionally as a designer since the late 1970's. In addition to be a designer, I often write about design for magazines and websites such as HOW Magazine and CreativeLatitude. I am also the author of the books Identity Crisis!: 50 redesigns that transformed stale identities into successful brands and The Savvy Designer's Guide to Success: Ideas and tactics for a killer career. I often speak about the design profession to high school classes, college students, and at international design industry events, such as the HOW Design Conference.
I'm looking forward to participating in the forum and "meeting" you all. - J.

Welcome! Your book looks interesting, when my income gets a part with "disposable" in front of it again, I'll concider picking it up ^_^
And yeah, it's good to have some more experienced designers here too, feel free to wriggle our feathers
