I love gaming. I also love to design. Would this computer do the job well for both tasks?
Thanks, Michael |

Do you know how to put a computer together yourself? If so this would save you so much money if you have to have a PC. Alienware computers pretty expensive...
But to answer your question, it would depend on what you get. |

Alienware is supposed to have a good rep, but my best friend got one and it was a piece of crap, bu could just been a fluke, but they are still pricey.
If you really don't want a mac because of gaming id prob go dell. I'd go with one of these configurations: http://www.dell.com/content/products/productdetails.aspx/xpsdt_one?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&~tab=bundlestab |

Now that I think about it, I really don't need a gaming PC since I have a 360. Would you suggest a mac or one of those dells for just design, internet, and other basic stuff?

Being a mac user, I would suggest a mac. If you don't have a whole lot of experience with a mac I'd suggest going to a local store to mess around with one.
