e-mail marketing

Has anyone ever done one?

I usually avoid email marketing, UNLESS u get people to sign up for your own email list on your site. Google: aweber

Its a good newsletter system to use to build up your own opt-in email list and has lots of features.

Normally the "HOW" is basically creating a e-mail template in HTML. Importing that into your newsletter software and then sending it. You can do plain text versions a well.

I use Campaign Monitor for most of my clients. It's a really simple easy to use tool and allows you to customize a lot of stuff.

The only Cons is that they are out of Austrailia and are sometimes down which CAN BLOW big time if you have a deadline.

I'd give them a shot. They are hard core against spamming and are really personable people.
