How to take video clips and fill people or objects into a single color (or low grade 8-bit like Salt n Pepa or the Van Halen clips).


What are the typical tools to making motion graphics like this?

Also, in the sequnce with the large commercial jet where the camera view fies around it, is that a video clip painted?
