Default Flexography Printing Plastic Bags

Is there any way i can print edge to edge on a plastic bag. Currently we have to leave a few mms off from the side which doesn't look neat. The cylinders/sleeves are round and and when you mount plates around them they dont meet. Is there anyway that i can have another copy of the plate on different cylinder and get and edge to edge print.
Your advice can be a great help for me.
